Catherine Powers, MD
Dr. Powers earned her B.S. in Pre-Med from the University of Dayton and her M.D. from the Wright State School of Medicine in Ohio. Her residency training took place at Grand Rapids Family Practice in Michigan. She is originally from Mayville, NY and decided to move back to Western New York in 2005. Dr. Powers is board certified in Family Medicine since 1995.
Diane Mueller
Dr. Diane Mueller completed BS/MS degrees in Biomedical Engineering at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland prior to attending Medical School at Rush University in Chicago. She is Board Certified in Family Practice. She has lived in Lakewood since 1992 with her husband, Dr.Rudy Mueller, and their 5 children.
Wolf-Dieter Krahn, MD
Dr. Krahn attended Albany Medical College in Albany, NY and received his Medical Degree in 1982. Dr. Krahn is board certified in Family Medicine. He began working in Jamestown in 1987 by opening the Jamestown Medical Clinic. Dr. Krahn is one of the founding physicians of Jamestown Primary Care, established in 1996.
Andrea M. Johnson, MD
Dr Johnson came back home to practice in Jamestown, NY, after completing her residency training in Family Practice at St Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse, NY in 1990. She received her Medical Degree from SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse just prior to starting her residency. She has a Bachelor Degree in Biology from the University of Buffalo and an Associates Degree in Science from Jamestown Community College.
Patrick S. Collins, MD
Dr. Collins earned his BS in Biology from Boston College and then returned to New York State to complete his Medical Degree at SUNY Syracuse and his residency training at SUNY Buffalo. He worked in Emergency Medicine from 1981-1986 before entering into private Family Practice here in Jamestown in 1986. Dr. Collins is board certified in Family Medicine. He was one of the founding partners of Jamestown Primary Care in 1996. He raised his family in Bemus Point. Dr. Collins and his wife, Karen,continue to reside in Bemus Point. They have 2 grown sons who have served in the U.S. Army.

Rudolph J. Mueller
Dr. Mueller is board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. He graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1982. After working in Chicago, Dr. Mueller came to Jamestown in 1992 with his wife, Dr. Diane Mueller and their family. They were two of the founding physicians of Jamestown Primary Care in 1996.

Debra Daniels
Deb Daniels has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2001. Deb became a registered nurse in 1993 and continued her studies at the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, Pa. to earn a BSN in 1999. She completed her studies as an Advanced Practice Nurse in 2001 with a Master of Science in Nursing from Gannon University in 2001. Deb is board certified as a family nurse practitioner with the ANCC, American Nursing Credentialing Center. Before coming to Jamestown Primary Care, she worked at the Charles Cole Memorial Hospital in Coudersport, Pa. and was a consultant nurse at the YMCA of Lakewood. Deb resides in Bemus Point with her husband and two children.

Chelsey Gray
Chelsey graduated from Eastern Virginia Medical School in 2010 with a degree in Master of Physician Assistant. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Kinesiology in 2007 from Shenandoah University in Virginia. Chelsey is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). She joined Jamestown Primary Care in 2010 and resides in Warren, PA.
Susan Bentley
Susan is a native of Jamestown. She graduated from Arcadia University earning her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2013. Her undergraduate degree was earned in 2011 from Bucknell University where she studied Biology and English. Susan has passed the rigorous board certification in Physician Assistant Studies and is prepared and ready to see patients.

Kathy Stanton
Kathy has been a Medical Group Manager since 1988. She is originally from Philadelphia and moved to Chautauqua County in 2001. Kathy is a graduate of Rider University and received her MBA degree in Health Care Administration from St. Joseph’s University in 1993. In 2012, Kathy passed the rigorous requirements to earn Certification as a Medical Practice Executive from the ACMPE of MGMA, Medical Group Management Association. Founded in 1956, the ACMPE is the board certification and standard setting body for the medical practice management profession, providing comprehensive certification, self-assessment and leadership development programs. Kathy joined Jamestown Primary Care in 2003.
